Never Alone Level Program
Hey Never Alone family! To help keep our shop nights, practices, and races safe, structured, and fun for everyone (especially our youth drivers), we're officially rolling out the Never Alone Level Program.
This progression system answers key questions like:
When can I join Shop Night?
When am I ready to drive/practice?
When can I race competitively?
Levels are based on responsibility, skill, safety, consistency, and respect—core values that align with our mission of building relationships, teaching life skills (like racing and wrenching), and supporting mental health through community and action.
Levels can be adjusted as we grow and learn what works best. Important: Progress isn't always forward— if someone isn't consistently meeting expectations (safety, etiquette, responsibility, etc.), we may step them back to a lower level until they're ready again. This keeps everyone safe and accountable.

We'll be tracking progress, posting updates, and celebrating level-ups right here and at events. If you're working toward a level or have questions, talk to Brock, Danna, Aaron or another Adult who attends regularly or drop a comment below! This program is all about growth—on and off the track. Together, we're never alone. 💙
